Owner Abdul Anwari and his team also deliver meals to local mosques during Ramadan. Anwari emphasized the importance of community and the freedom that America provides for diverse cultures. Another local option is Haaz’s in Bethlehem, which offers a breakfast menu for suhoor on weekends and remains open 24 hours during those days. Owner Haaz Ilyas wants to create a welcoming space for those observing Ramadan. The restaurant features traditional platters and provides dates to break the fast. Aman’s Artisan Indian Cuisine in Easton is also inviting guests for iftar. Head chef Jasmeet Bansal hopes to accommodate everyone with food that meets dietary restrictions. The restaurant serves dates, fruit, and coconut water to help break fasts. These establishments offer community members a chance to enjoy meals together, making the Ramadan experience more convenient and enjoyable.
