Leo Dryfruits and Spices launches IPO today with shares priced at Rs 51-52

Leo Dryfruits and Spices Trading has launched its initial public offering (IPO) today, open for subscription until January 3. The company is offering 48.30 lakh equity shares at a price range of Rs 51-52 per share. The funds raised will be used for working capital, branding, and marketing. The company reported a 70.56% increase in revenue and a 79% rise in profit for the fiscal year ending March 2024. The IPO allotment is expected on January 6, with shares listed on the BSE SME platform on January 8. Currently, there is no grey market premium for the shares.
