Levi's launches premium denim line made entirely in Japan
Levi's has launched a new premium denim line called Blue Tab, made entirely in Japan. The collection includes jeans, jackets, and dresses, and was first introduced in Japan on February 1, 2025, before expanding to Southeast Asia on February 17. The Blue Tab line features high-quality materials and unique production techniques, including environmentally-friendly washing and special dry processes. The jeans are designed to have a "lived-in" look, with subtle details that distinguish them from Levi's classic Red Tab products. The Blue Tab name is a nod to a previous premium line and aims to offer a more refined branding approach. Levi's plans to expand the collection with more formal options in the future.
