Liberty to face Antelopes in Oregon exhibition game
The New York Liberty will play an exhibition game against the Toyota Antelopes on May 12, 2025, in Eugene, Oregon. This matchup is special because it brings several former University of Oregon players back to their school. Sabrina Ionescu and Nyara Sabally, both former Ducks, will be on the court for the Liberty. Ionescu is known for her impressive college career, where she became the all-time NCAA leader in triple-doubles. She was drafted first overall in the 2020 WNBA Draft and helped the Liberty win their first championship.
