Montgomery identifies as Knuckles, reflecting his power style, while Gibbs is Sonic, known for speed. Both players joined the Lions in 2023, with Montgomery signing in free agency and Gibbs being drafted. In their first season, Gibbs recorded 1,261 yards from scrimmage and 11 touchdowns, while Montgomery added 1,015 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns.
