Local governments in Muntinlupa, Caloocan, and Malabon have announced cemetery schedules and guidelines for All Saints' and Souls' Days on November 1 and 2. Muntinlupa's cemetery will be open from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on October 31 and November 1. Caloocan's public cemeteries will operate from October 30 to November 2, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Both cities prohibit interments and cremations during this period, with specific restrictions on items like alcohol, sharp objects, and sound systems. Malabon has also provided cemetery schedules and contact numbers, urging the public to adhere to guidelines for safety and order.
