Lost Art Brewhouse in Walker, Michigan, is opening a new kitchen. Customers will soon be able to enjoy smash burgers, Detroit-style chili dogs, and more. The grand opening event is set for March 25. During this celebration, food will be offered at discounted prices. Brad Lawrence, co-owner and head brewer, expressed excitement about the new kitchen. He mentioned that the goal is to enhance the brewery experience with delicious food that complements their craft beers. Lost Art Brewhouse opened in the summer of 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is known for its small-batch beers made from fresh ingredients. Currently, there are 13 different beers on tap, including fruited sours, IPAs, and a unique ice cream beer made with various flavors. This new kitchen builds on their previous food offerings. In 2022, Lawrence and Mike Smith started a food truck, serving burgers and fries outside the brewery. Now with a permanent kitchen, they plan to introduce new monthly burger and hot dog specials.
