Lucy Liu channels Kill Bill character in SNL's Grinch parody

Saturday Night Live aired a Christmas episode featuring a unique twist on the classic story, How The Grinch Stole Christmas. Host Martin Short played the Grinch, whose heart grew three sizes during the retelling. In a cut-for-time sketch, the Grinch accidentally caused chaos, leading to the deaths of Cindy Lou Who's parents. Upset, Cindy Lou called her sister, Lucy Liu Who, who appeared as a character inspired by O-Ren Ishii from Kill Bill. Liu sought revenge on the Grinch with a sword, creating a parody of Quentin Tarantino's style. The sketch concluded with a reveal of a fictional movie titled "Quentin Tarantino’s Kill Grinch."
