This "Mad March" for Littler included major wins, where he took home a total of £166,000 in prize money. During this period, he won the UK Open and the Belgian Darts Open, which contributed significantly to his earnings. He also celebrated two nightly wins in Brighton and Cardiff, each worth £10,000. In total, he won 25 out of 28 matches, with only a few losses in other competitions. Littler has decided to take a break from practicing. He mentioned on TV that he had not picked up his darts after competing in Nottingham until his next match in Cardiff. He feels it's important for players to rest and recharge. In addition to his winnings, Littler received a set of 18ct gold darts valued at £30,000 for achieving a perfect leg during a recent final. He joked about the fact that he wouldn't be able to throw them on stage. There are discussions about increasing the prize money for the world champion from £500,000 to £1 million, especially with a new deal from Sky Sports. Littler supports this idea, saying it would be a significant step for darts players.
