Luxury apartments in Sydney offer residents Porsche access

One Sydney Harbour, a luxury apartment building in Sydney, Australia, is offering residents a unique perk: access to a fleet of Porsches. The residential property has already sold 95 percent of its apartments, with sales reaching over $4 billion. Located in Barangaroo, the building features stunning waterfront views and luxury amenities. Prices for the remaining apartments range from $1.68 million for a one-bedroom unit to $5.3 million for a three-bedroom unit. Residents can enjoy five-star services, including a 24-hour concierge, pools, a private wine gallery, and wellness facilities. They can also access either a Porsche Macan or Taycan without the full cost of ownership. Lendlease, the developer, partnered with Outbound to provide these electric vehicles to residents. This allows them to reserve the cars for a lower price than purchasing them outright. Luke Rust, CEO of Outbound, noted that the idea of shared premium transportation is gaining popularity in wealthy areas of Australia. He emphasized that residents at One Sydney Harbour can easily access their Porsche right outside their door. One Sydney Harbour is known for its high price point, including a three-floor penthouse that sold for $140 million in 2019, setting an Australian record. The building's design combines the work of the renowned architect Renzo Piano and interior designer Daniel Goldberg.
