Madison LeCroy sells Charleston home in 10 days

Madison LeCroy, a star from the show "Southern Charm," has quickly found a buyer for her home in Charleston, South Carolina. She listed the house just 10 days ago for $1.75 million. The final sale price is not yet known since the deal is still pending. LeCroy purchased the 2,800-square-foot house in April 2022 for $1.48 million. The property has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It was first listed on March 7 and went under contract on March 17. Tim Schneider from The Cassina Group managed the listing but could not share details about the sale price. The home features unique designs, double front porches, and a fresh exterior. Inside, it has white oak floors, a living room with a gas fireplace, and a chef’s kitchen with modern appliances. There is also a deck and a screened porch. The main bedroom includes two walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom. LeCroy's quick sale comes as she announces she is expecting her second child with husband Brett Randle. The baby girl is due this summer. LeCroy expressed her excitement about the move, saying the current home no longer fits their needs as a growing family. She is already searching for their next home in the Charleston area. LeCroy promises to take her fans along on her journey to renovate the new space. Although Randle travels often for work, LeCroy plans to stay in Charleston, where she wants to raise her children.
