Magic Johnson praises Jayden Daniels' leadership and future

Magic Johnson recently met with Washington Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels and his mother, Regina Jackson, to discuss Daniels' NFL career and future. Johnson praised Daniels as a leader and shared the meeting on Instagram. Daniels, a 2024 NFL Draft pick, had a standout rookie season, earning Offensive Rookie of the Year. He set a rookie rushing record and helped the Commanders reach their first NFC Championship Game since 1991. Johnson, a minority owner of the Commanders, is also a former NBA star. He recently received the Presidential Medal of Freedom. Daniels' mother has been a strong support throughout his career.
