Mahindra starts BE 6 electric SUV deliveries in India

Mahindra has begun delivering its new BE 6 electric SUV across India. This model is the first in Mahindra's BE sub-brand and is based on the BE.05 concept. The BE 6 was launched in November 2023, with prices starting at Rs 18.90 lakh. The SUV is built on the INGLO platform and offers two battery options: 59 kWh and 79 kWh. The smaller battery allows for a range of up to 682 km and has an electric motor that produces 225 bhp. The larger battery has a single motor with 277 bhp, but both versions provide 380 Nm of torque. The design of the BE 6 includes a bold front end, sleek LED headlights, and a sporty stance. At the back, it features connected LED taillights and stylish 19-inch wheels. Inside, the car has premium features such as dual 12.3-inch screens for the driver’s display and infotainment system. Additional features include a dual-zone climate control system, ambient lighting, and a panoramic sunroof. For entertainment, it is equipped with a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system, 5G connectivity, and built-in Wi-Fi. The BE 6 aims to offer a modern driving experience with advanced technology and comfort.
