The officers received a tip-off about the illegal activities. Afroz allegedly obtained low-cost, spoiled offal from wholesale markets. He then stored it in his shop before selling it to hotels, events, and marriage functions. The seized offal included various parts, like trotters, heads, and organs. Authorities have warned that eating stale offal can lead to serious health problems, including food poisoning and infections. The investigation is ongoing.
