Man arrested for selling spoiled sheep and goat offal
A man has been arrested for selling spoiled sheep and goat meat in an unsafe manner. The South-East Zone Task Force, along with a veterinary officer, caught 24-year-old Mohd Misbahuddin in Dabeerpura. He had about two quintals of stale offal in his possession. The police acted on a tip-off and raided Misbahuddin's location. They found several types of spoiled meat, including legs, heads, tongues, and brains of the animals. This meat was stored in very unhygienic conditions. Misbahuddin bought the stale offal cheaply from wholesale markets. He sold it to hotels and events, putting public health at risk. Eating spoiled meat can cause serious health problems. Authorities are warning the public to be alert and report any suspicious food safety issues. They are also taking further legal steps against Misbahuddin.
