Man arrested in Panchkula with 710 grams of opium

A 28-year-old man named Ramchandra was arrested in Panchkula for possessing over 700 grams of opium. He was caught on March 16, a day after Holi, in a parking lot near Ashiyana. The anti-narcotics cell, led by subinspector Nirmal Singh, seized 710 grams of opium from him. Ramchandra could not provide any legal authorization for the drug.
