Man faces multiple charges after Calgary robbery and crash that killed girl, 9
A 30-year-old man, Duane Arlen John Nepoose, has been charged with nearly a dozen offenses following a Boxing Day robbery and a car crash in Calgary that killed a nine-year-old girl. The incident began at a pharmacy where Nepoose allegedly assaulted a pharmacist and fled in a stolen vehicle. He crashed into two cars, critically injuring four people, including another child who remains in critical condition. Nepoose faces 11 charges, including dangerous driving causing death and operating a vehicle without a license. He is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
