Man kills wrong person in revenge plot in Goa

A violent incident occurred at a poultry farm in Goa on Friday. A man named Santosh Mallick, 32, attacked two individuals, suspecting one of them was having an affair with his wife. Mallick believed that his wife had started living with Jihusaya Mandal. He came to Goa recently to confront her and Jihusaya. Instead of harming Jihusaya, Mallick ended up killing Anil Muthamajhi, a 20-year-old laborer. Muthamajhi was injured while trying to protect Jihusaya during the attack. The police quickly arrested Santosh Mallick and his accomplice, Pradhan Mandal. They have been placed in custody for seven days as the investigation continues. Jihusaya is currently receiving medical treatment at Goa Medical College.
