"I aimed to lose weight healthily while improving my overall well-being," he stated. He followed a straightforward diet without complicated meal plans. For breakfast, he enjoyed fruits, gram flour pancakes, and flattened rice. His lunch included boiled broccoli and bitter gourd, while an early dinner consisted of fox nuts and groundnuts. He avoided outside food, packaged snacks, sugary drinks, and fast food completely, which helped him manage his calorie intake. Samvit also created a practical fitness routine that fit into his busy schedule. He climbed 100 stairs every day and cycled for 30 minutes three times a week. This mix of strength training and cardio allowed him to burn fat without tiring himself out. He acknowledged that he sometimes felt lazy but pushed through with the reminder that small efforts lead to big changes. To manage cravings for junk food, Samvit replaced them with healthier snacks like roasted makhana and fruits. Dining out was challenging, but he chose healthier options and controlled his portions. "Saying 'no' to unhealthy temptations became easier over time," he added. Samvit’s experience taught him that weight loss is not about extreme diets or heavy workouts—it's about making sustainable changes. He encourages others struggling with weight loss to start small and be consistent. "You don’t need fancy diets or expensive gym memberships—just determination and discipline," he concluded. "If I can do it, so can you!"
