Man sentenced to eight years for armed robberies at Essex supermarkets

Daniele Aldegheri, 49, has been sentenced to eight years in prison for a series of armed robberies at Co-op and Morrisons stores in Essex and Suffolk. He used a knife and a metal baton during the crimes, which occurred between February and August 2023. Aldegheri was arrested on September 3 after police found him hiding at home.
