Man sentenced to life for killing girlfriend's son
A man has been sentenced to life in prison for the fatal stabbing of his girlfriend's 6-year-old son in Baltimore. Alan Geslicki, 33, pleaded guilty to killing Seron O'Neal in February 2024 at the child's home. Baltimore State’s Attorney Ivan Bates announced that Geslicki's sentence includes 60 years in prison. He described the murder of Seron as a “horrific crime” without justification. The child's 13-year-old brother witnessed the stabbing. Police responded to the home after reports of a domestic-related stabbing. They found Seron with multiple stab wounds, and he later died at a hospital. Geslicki was arrested shortly after the incident. Neighbors remembered Seron as a friendly boy who loved playing with other kids and riding his bike. He was a first grader at James McHenry Elementary/Middle School.
