Man shoots neighbor over pre-wedding invite in Ghaziabad

A 21-year-old man in Ghaziabad shot his neighbor during a pre-wedding ceremony after feeling angry for not being invited. The incident occurred on Thursday morning in Tronica City. The accused, Vansh Valmiki, reportedly confronted Sonu Valmiki, the father of the groom, during the ceremony. It started when Vansh and a friend showed up outside the family's home and began using abusive language. When Sonu objected, Vansh pulled out a gun and shot him in the hand. Witnesses at the ceremony supported the family's account of the events. The police have filed charges against Vansh and his friend, Tarun Thakur, for attempted murder and intentional insult. Sonu Valmiki was taken to the hospital and is now in stable condition. Authorities are working to find Vansh and his friend and are reviewing CCTV footage for more information on the incident.
