Man shot at Covington gas station, no suspects yet

A man was injured in a shooting at a gas station in Covington, Kentucky, on Monday evening. Police said he was taken to the hospital with a gunshot wound. The shooting happened at a Marathon Gas Station located at the intersection of Pike and Main streets. Officers responded to a report shortly before 5:30 p.m. The injured man was brought to St. Elizabeth's Covington before being moved to UC Medical Center. He is currently in stable condition. Covington police have not arrested any suspects in connection with the shooting. However, they believe the incident is isolated and pose no ongoing threat to the public.
