Man shot dead in Walnut Hills early Friday morning

A man was shot and killed in Walnut Hills early Friday morning. The incident occurred just after 3 a.m. at the Park Eden Senior Building, located on Park Avenue. When police arrived, they found the man in a stairwell. He was quickly taken to the University of Cincinnati Hospital, where he later died. Authorities say the victim is not connected to the apartment building. The Park Eden Senior Building used to be only for seniors but is now also for affordable housing. No arrests have been made so far. Police are still investigating the shooting and will provide updates as new information comes in.
