Man smuggles individuals and holds them for ransom

A 23-year-old man, Manuel Gaspar Martin, is in jail for allegedly smuggling people into the U.S. and holding them for ransom. He was arrested during a traffic stop with the phone used for threats. Authorities discovered a stash house where they rescued three individuals, including one found hidden in a closet.
