Man stabs two brothers in Washington Heights altercation
A man stabbed two brothers, aged 24 and 27, in Washington Heights after a fight linked to a previous altercation involving their younger sibling. The incident occurred outside The Heights Deli & Mini Mart around 12:40 p.m. on Sunday. The younger brother's earlier conflict with the attacker led to the confrontation. The 24-year-old was stabbed in the abdomen and back, while the older brother was also injured. Both were taken to Harlem Hospital and are expected to survive. Police are searching for the suspect, who fled the scene. A bodega employee described the attacker and his friends as troublemakers in the neighborhood. No arrests have been made yet.
