Man throws stone at temple in Belagavi, arrested
Tension arose in Pangul Galli, Belagavi, Karnataka, on the night of March 19. A 19-year-old man, Yasir Yusuf, threw a stone at a local temple, hitting the gate. The stone bounced off, causing alarm among nearby shopkeepers and onlookers. They quickly captured Yusuf and tied him to a pole. A call was made to the police, who arrived and took him into custody.
