Man Utd seeks Osimhen, may offer Højlund

Victor Osimhen, the Nigerian striker currently playing for Galatasaray, is attracting attention from several top clubs. Paris Saint-Germain has shown interest in him for the last two transfer windows. With the summer transfer window approaching, both Manchester United and PSG are reportedly keen on signing him. Osimhen has been impressive this season, scoring 26 goals and contributing five assists in 30 matches. Manchester United considers him a priority target and might activate his €75 million release clause, according to reports. Both Manchester United and PSG have made verbal offers concerning his potential contract. The Mirror has reported a possible player exchange involving Osimhen. This deal could see him move to Manchester United while Rasmus Højlund goes to Napoli. Højlund, who joined from Atalanta in 2023, has scored 24 goals in 82 appearances for United. Osimhen’s teammate, William Troost-Ekong, shared his thoughts on the ongoing transfer rumors. He mentioned that Osimhen is a fan of Chelsea but has spoken with several top clubs. Troost-Ekong believes Osimhen would be a good fit for any team and expects him to play in the Premier League next season.
