Cesar Pascual Orozco, a 40-year-old man, has been arrested in Mexico for a murder that took place in 2009 in Garland, Texas. He was wanted by the FBI and local authorities for 16 years. The Garland Police Department announced the arrest last Friday. The murder occurred on March 14, 2009, when witnesses reportedly saw Orozco shoot 26-year-old Joe Castillo. This happened after Orozco dropped off his child with his ex-wife. Police found Castillo at the scene with multiple gunshot wounds. The arrest was made with the help of Mexican authorities and the FBI. Orozco is now in the process of being extradited back to the United States to face charges.
