Man with knife approaches children in Banbury

A man carrying a large kitchen knife approached primary school children in Banbury, Oxfordshire, causing alarm. The incident happened around 4 PM on Tuesday as the children were walking home from Hardwick Primary School. According to reports from the school, a group of students saw the man wearing black clothes. He approached one child in a park, frightening them enough to leave and return home.
