Mangaluru to have scheduled power shutdowns on Thursday

Power supply will be interrupted in several areas of Mangaluru on Thursday. The outage will affect locations served by the 11 kV Falnir and Attavar feeders. Residents of Highland, Unity, Vas Lane, Balmatta, Balmatta New Road, Kankanady, Valencia, Joseph Nagar, and Gorigudda will experience a power cut from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additionally, areas connected to the 11 kV Lighthouse Hill Road and Valencia feeders will lose power from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. This includes Bunts Hostel, Woodlands, Jyothi Talkies, and St. Aloysius College. Lastly, those in the 11 kV Pumpwell feeder areas, like Ujjodi, Kanthanabettu, and Netravathi Layout, will also face outages from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents should prepare for this disruption.
