Marc Rossiter resigns, Preet Dhindsa becomes Interim CEO
Enerflex Ltd. has announced a major leadership change. Marc Rossiter has stepped down from his roles as President, CEO, and Director. Preet Dhindsa, who was the Senior Vice President and CFO, will take over as Interim CEO. Rossiter leaves after more than 25 years with Enerflex, including the past six years as CEO. The board thanked him for his service and noted that they are searching for a permanent successor with the help of an executive search firm. Kevin Reinhart, the Chair of the Board, stated that this transition aims to create long-term shareholder value. Dhindsa is bringing over 25 years of experience in energy and finance to his new role. He expressed his excitement about working with the board and the company’s team to focus on sustainable growth and improving cash flow. The company reaffirmed its 2025 outlook, highlighting priorities such as enhancing profitability and increasing direct shareholder returns through a dividend increase and a normal course issuer bid. Enerflex remains dedicated to its mission of providing energy infrastructure and solutions while supporting the transition to lower-carbon energy sources.
