Marcellus Wiley accused of raping two women, Columbia
Annemarie Wiley's husband, Marcellus Wiley, is facing serious allegations of rape from two women. The lawsuits were filed earlier this month and relate to incidents that occurred in the 1990s while he was a student at Columbia University. The first woman, identified as Jane Doe, claims Marcellus assaulted her in his dorm room in October 1994. She alleges he pressured her for sex and became angry when she refused. Despite her repeated refusals, she says he overpowered her while holding her down. The woman reported the incident to a school administrator but was allegedly advised not to pursue a criminal complaint to protect her own reputation. The second accuser, also a Jane Doe, claims Marcellus assaulted her shortly after the first incident. She stated that he invited her to his dorm under the guise of studying but attacked her instead. After the assault, she sought support from the university, but was allegedly discouraged from filing a police report. Both women are now seeking damages, claiming they suffered severe mental health issues due to the assaults. Marcellus Wiley had a successful career in the NFL and married Annemarie Wiley in 2014. Columbia University has not commented on the lawsuits. Marcellus did not respond to requests for comment.
