Marcos calls for swift completion of key infrastructure projects in Davao Region

President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. emphasized the need for timely completion of major infrastructure projects in the Davao Region during a speech in Panabo, Davao del Norte. He highlighted the Tagum City Bypass Road and the Island Garden City of Samal Circumferential Road as key projects. Marcos noted that these projects are expected to finish by 2026 but expressed a desire for earlier completion. He stated that faster construction would improve transport and boost tourism in the region. During his visit, Marcos distributed land titles and certificates to over 11,000 beneficiaries and recognized local achievements in tourism and arts. He pledged support for initiatives that promote regional development.
