"Margo’s Got Money Troubles" expands its cast lineup

The cast for the new Apple TV+ series "Margo’s Got Money Troubles" has been completed. New additions include Lindsey Normington, rapper Rico Nasty, and Michael Workèyè. They will play recurring roles alongside stars Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, and Nicole Kidman. The series is created by David E. Kelley and A24. It is based on a novel by Rufi Thorpe. Fanning plays Margo Millet, a 20-year-old single mother facing financial struggles after becoming pregnant by her college professor. Margo's situation worsens when her estranged father, Jinx, played by Nick Offerman, seeks to move in with her. She agrees in exchange for help with childcare. As she tries to make ends meet, Margo experiments with an OnlyFans account and takes advice from Jinx, who has a background in wrestling. Normington, known for her role in "Anora," will portray Rose. Rico Nasty will play KC, and Workèyè will take on the role of JB. The cast also includes Thaddea Graham, Marcia Gay Harden, and Greg Kinnear. David E. Kelley serves as the writer and showrunner for this eight-episode series. It is produced by A24, with several executive producers, including Fanning and Kidman. Normington has gained recognition for her recent work, while Rico Nasty is known for her music career, including successful mixtapes. Workèyè has appeared in series like "My Lady Jane" and "This Is Going To Hurt."
