Koo explained that every character goes through a development process. They create a background and reference material, which is then handed to the design team. The team collaborates to create a unique character before production begins. The marketing team also works to ensure new players understand the characters and their stories. Looking ahead, Koo mentioned that they plan to add two new heroes each season. The team is open to including various characters, considering how to make them distinct from one another. They also want to cater to different types of players, whether they prefer strategy or action. Overall, Marvel Rivals aims to offer something for everyone.
