Massimiliano Prete to host dinner at La Bottega Enoteca
Massimiliano Prete, a world-renowned pizza chef, will showcase his skills at La Bottega Enoteca in April. He is ranked as the 17th best pizza chef in Italy and 23rd in the world. Prete’s unique menu will feature nine courses, each highlighting various innovative pizza doughs. The event will take place from April 1 to April 3 in Joo Chiat, Singapore. Diners can expect a diverse selection, including a buttery brioche topped with anchovies and a corn-based crust with gambero rosso and burrata. Prete is known for his expertise in dough fermentation, elevating pizza to a more refined cuisine. La Bottega Enoteca’s owner, Antonio Miscellaneo, has invited Prete for this pop-up to introduce a different pizza style to patrons. Previous guests included other top chefs who offered various pizza experiences. Two dinner seatings will be available each evening, at 6 PM and 8:30 PM.
