Mattel is relocating its studio operations to a newly renovated 60,000-square-foot building by 2025. The new space, located near its headquarters, will feature studios for product promotion and various amenities, enhancing the work environment for returning employees. Additionally, Mattel plans to move its design center to a 167,767-square-foot building in 2026. This new facility, purchased for $59 million, will support the design of toys and is part of a broader effort to modernize its office spaces.
