McVitie’s launches new Penguin Milkshake Cake Bars in UK

McVitie’s has announced two new flavours of its popular Penguin bars. These new treats are the Penguin Milkshake Cake Bars, available in chocolate and strawberry milkshake flavours. Each cake bar features fluffy sponge cake topped with a milkshake-flavoured filling, and they are coated in smooth milk chocolate. Shoppers can buy a pack of five for £1.75, which makes each bar cost just 35p. The Penguin Milkshake Cake Bars will hit stores at Morrisons on March 24. They will also be available at Tesco and Asda starting on April 14. In addition, consumers can find these snacks at convenience stores and discount retailers. Brand spokesperson Zeynep Daghan Erol expressed excitement about the new flavours, noting that milkshake flavours are currently popular. She believes these bars will be a hit among fans. In other food news, Greggs has introduced a new Veggie Feast Pizza. This pizza features a focaccia-style base with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mixed peppers, and red onion. It will be priced from £2.40 and contains 573 calories per slice.
