Mecha BREAK Global Storm beta introduces co-op PvPvE mode
Mecha BREAK has launched its Global Storm open beta, introducing a new multiplayer mode called Mashmak. This mode allows players to join forces with up to two friends to battle on the Mashmak Isles. The goal is to survive and collect rewards. Mashmak features a tactical co-op PvPvE extraction mode. Players will control BREAK striker mechs while competing against other teams and facing threats from hostile forces and toxic storms. The landscape is rich in a new mineral called Corite, which can both help and harm players. In Mashmak, teams can have up to three players. They must choose their mechs wisely, with options for assault, melee, sniper, reconnaissance, and support roles. There are thirteen mechs available, encouraging teamwork and strategy. The open beta also includes gameplay modes from previous tests, like 6v6 and 3v3. Players can customize their characters and mechs and explore a training room and space station. The full game is set to release in 2025 on PC and Xbox, with plans for more platforms later. Fans can check out more details on the official Steam page.
