Medical students at KMCRI engaged in proxy attendance

Medical students at KMCRI in Hubballi were found sending juniors to attend classes for them. This was discovered during an anatomy lecture when first-year students were caught in a surgery theory class. In response, KMCRI has formed a committee to investigate the situation. The director stated that sending younger students to attend higher classes is unacceptable. Previous instances of this proxy attendance have also been reported. The institution plans to take strict action against those involved once the committee completes its investigation.
