Meghan Markle faces trademark clarification requests from officials

The US government has released documents regarding Prince Harry's 2020 visa application. These documents come from a court case about his visa. The release included over 80 pages but many parts were blacked out to protect sensitive information. Royal expert Richard Eden noted a significant issue for Meghan Markle. The Trademark Office has asked her to clarify her trademark application for the name "As Ever." They want her to explain what items she intends to use the name for, including "spoons serving jams and fruit preserves." Additionally, Meghan must list all goods and services using their international class numbers. Crucially, she also needs to sign the application for it to be validated.
