Trump plans to not live full-time in Washington, D.C., during her new term. She aims to focus on issues important to her, despite having a smaller staff compared to her first term. Harrison was mentioned in the indictment against President-elect Donald Trump regarding classified documents. The former first lady's previous chief of staff, Stephanie Grisham, has publicly supported Vice President Kamala Harris.
