Metallica will perform in New Zealand in November 2025 as part of their M72 world tour. The concert will take place at Auckland's Eden Park, featuring support from Evanescence and Suicidal Tendencies. The band last played in New Zealand nearly 15 years ago and had to cancel a planned tour in 2019 due to lead singer James Hetfield's recovery needs.
