García purchased the property for $3.2 million in 2014, after it went into foreclosure. The mansion, known as Casa Club, is located in Bay Point, a gated community on Miami's East Side. It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fireplace, and high ceilings. The selling broker is Ana Teresa Rodriguez, who is also García's fiancée. The mansion spans over half an acre and includes various amenities. These include a tennis court, a basketball court, mini golf, a gym, a pool, and a pergola. If the price is challenging for buyers, García is willing to sell smaller portions of the property. He offers the home with one lot for $8 million or a lot with just the tennis court for $6.9 million. The property is near the homes of pop star Enrique Iglesias and tennis player Anna Kournikova. Miami's real estate market has been thriving, with García recently selling another home for a record $38.5 million.
