The property was originally listed for $29 million in 2012 and had its last asking price at $14.85 million in 2015. The 32,683-square-foot home features nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, and amenities like an indoor basketball court, tennis court, and swimming pool. Jordan purchased the land in 1991 and built the mansion in 1995, with renovations completed in 2009. Despite its long time on the market, the estate remained a popular spot for fans, serving as a photo opportunity. Jordan also sold his Chicago condo for $6.82 million in 2023.
