Microsoft enables Android control from Windows PC

digitaltrends.com

Microsoft has updated its Phone Connection app, allowing users to control their Android phones from a Windows PC using Copilot. This enhancement simplifies tasks like messaging, setting alarms, and finding locations. The update is set for general availability by the end of February 2025. Users can access their contacts and perform phone actions without needing to pick up their devices. The app, previously called Phone Plugin, features a new design. It requires the latest Windows app version and the Link to Windows app on Android. The web version of Copilot does not yet support this feature.
