Microsoft launches Windows Server 2025 with warnings about key bugs
Microsoft has launched Windows Server 2025, the latest version of its server operating system, which follows Windows Server 2022. This release includes System Center 2025 and promises improved security, performance, and cloud capabilities. However, Microsoft has identified three significant bugs. One issue may cause blue screen errors on systems with over 256 cores, while another may display English text during installation regardless of the selected language. A third bug may result in a "boot device inaccessible" error in iSCSI environments. Windows Server 2025 is available now and will receive extended support until 2034. Users can upgrade directly from Windows Server 2012 R2 or later versions. Windows Server 2022 will remain supported until October 2026.
