Milo Manheim reveals missed roles in major TV shows
Milo Manheim is sharing some surprising news about his acting career. The young star revealed that he almost landed roles in two big television shows. In a recent interview with BuzzFeed, while playing with puppies, he mentioned auditioning for the role of Lyle Menendez in "Monsters: The Erik and Lyle Menendez Story." He said, "It was gonna be a cool opportunity," but the role eventually went to Cooper Koch. Milo expressed disappointment, saying it feels tough to lose out on something you really want. He also shared that he auditioned for the show "Severance," which he called his favorite currently. Milo revealed he tried out for a character named Dario, but that role was filled by Stefano Carannante. He noted that the actor chosen was perfect for the part. Milo discussed how difficult it can be to not take rejections personally. He explained that casting decisions often depend on a different vision from the production team. He emphasized that it’s not a reflection on the actor’s talent but rather about fitting into their specific vision for the show.
