Bhanwarlal Dilawar, the nephew of Minister Madan Dilawar, died in a road accident on Monday in Baran district. He was a 56-year-old teacher at a government school. The incident happened around 12:30 PM on National Highway 90, near the Atru police station. Bhanwarlal was returning home on his motorcycle after teaching in a nearby village. Police say he was allegedly struck by an unidentified vehicle. The minister cancelled his appointments when he heard the news and rushed to his family village in Charadana. A police team quickly arrived at the accident scene. Bhanwarlal was taken to a hospital in Baran, where he was pronounced dead. Investigators found his damaged motorcycle near a bent electricity pole, along with a water bottle. His brother, Uma Shankar Dilawar, stated that Bhanwarlal suffered severe head injuries and likely died instantly. The body has been released to the family after a post-mortem. The police are continuing their investigation into the crash.
